We are thrilled to report that our Administrator, Lydia Ford has been named as our parent company, Avonside Group’s Employee of the Month for January 2021!
Nominated by three separate managers, Lydia is known for her willingness to take on support tasks that fall outside of her role remit and for her positive ‘can do’ attitude.
She was nominated by no less than three managers from different parts of the business which shows her dedication to the Avonside cause!
Upon hearing of her award, Lydia said:
“The last year has been challenging for everyone and the Employer of the Month awards are a fantastic way for people to be appreciated for their efforts.
I am both overwhelmed and pleased to have won. It really does mean a lot!”
Since starting her job at Bracknell Roofing in October 2019, Lydia’s role has diversified and seen her carry out work in training compliance, managing customer complaints, property maintenance, HR support, operations support, auditing, data reporting, gap analysis and general administration. She is based at the Bracknell Roofing Head Office in Burton-upon-Trent.

Outside of work Lydia is a keen gardener and loves creating wildlife habitats – she has even used old roof tiles to make frog shelters!!
