Investment in IOSH Safety training

Investment in safety training at roofing specialist, Bracknell Roofing is set to continue at all management levels following completion of The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) training by its senior management team.

The IOSH training, which is recognised by organisations worldwide, gives Bracknell Roofing’s senior management practical knowledge and solutions for embedding health and safety into organisation strategy, culture and risk management, helping to reduce costs and improve return on investment for its customers.

This latest training investment is part of Bracknell Roofing’s continued drive to improve the skills of its senior staff, achieve a target of zero accidents on site and make it easier for its customers to reach construction site safety compliance. In addition to senior management at Bracknell Roofing completing IOSH training, contracts managers have now completed the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and site supervisors the Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS).

Harry Henderson, Quality & Administration Manager at Bracknell Roofing, says: “We see our wide-ranging investment in training as a commitment to our customers. At Bracknell Roofing we’re aiming to deliver appropriate training at the appropriate levels. The training is very comprehensive and shows our desire to give the team an up-to-date skillset that adds to their expertise in roofing. Our customers will also benefit from improved safety, helping to protect those on site as well at their reputation. This investment is just one of the many measures we’ve implemented to ensure we deliver the highest levels of workmanship and service for our customers.”
